Co-Pastor Delethian, affectionately known as Pastor Dee, is a native of Washington D.C and was born the youngest daughter of Apostle Joseph N. Brown, D.D and Shepherd Mother Pearlie M. Brown.  She was raised in Oxon Hill, MD along with her two siblings, Darryl Sr. and Cherlye.  Her life long christian journey began as a child growing up.  She grew up serving under her great grandfather, Senior Bishop Henry H. Brown, and then under her father, Apostle Joe N. Brown, D.D.  Upon graduating from Potomac High School she then went on to further her education at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) where she received her BA in Psychology.

Returning home from FAMU, she resumed serving under her father at The Greater Bible Way Church.  She led the music ministry, played the organ, taught Sunday School, served as youth president,  and in numerous other capacities.  Pastor Dee not only served on the local level, but on the International level as well.  Pastor Dee became well known all over the country for her gift and anointing to sing and lead the people of God in praise and worship.  She served for over 12 years as the International Praise and Worship Leader for the International Bible Way Church of Jesus Christ, Inc. 

Pastor Dee was licensed as an Evangelist in 1999 and became an ordained Elder in 2001.  Upon the demise of her father, in 2007, Pastor Dee now fulfills her assignment along with her husband, Pastor Neil Gross, as the Co-Pastor of The Greater Bible Way Church.  She is an available vessel for God preaching and teaching the gospel.  She ministers under a double portion of the Holy Spirit to the saved, the lost, the discouraged, and the brokenhearted.
